WINEMAKING
A selection of the finest Vermentino grape clusters, macerated for approximately 7 days. The wine is left to rest in tanksuntil spring, then bottled.

AROMA
Intense mineral notes, smoky hints, dried apricot, honey, and bold tones of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, delivering structure, depth, and longevity.

COLOR
Golden yellow.

TASTE
Warm, enveloping, savory, and distinctly mineral.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by crushing the autochthonous Castelnovine, and the Frantoio,
Moraiolo and Leccine olives.

24 hours of harvest. Pressing
at the mill “Ambrosiani” in Sarzana
(organic certification).

0.75 L bottles and 3 L tins.
